The Robert Day Scholars Program prepares highly motivated students for leadership roles in a variety of industries, including financial services, consulting, technology and not-for-profit organizations. By completing coursework that provides students with the fundamental skills necessary to navigate complex organizations, Robert Day Scholars graduate with the opportunity to excel at the start of their careers. Selection within both programs is highly competitive and is based on demonstrated academic excellence and leadership potential. 

• The Robert Day Scholars BA Program equips future leaders for success in a wide variety of career fields. Upon acceptance, course requirements include finance, accounting, and leadership courses. This program is open to students across all 5C's.
• The Robert Day Scholars BA/MA Program enables CMC students to complete their BA and MA in Finance in four years.

Applications are open to members of the Class of 2029 (May 2029 or Dec. 2029) with a minimum GPA of 3.2 and are due no later than 12:00PM PST on Monday, September 14, 2026.
